Welcome to your free audio toolkit—created to calm, ground, and support you whenever you need it. These guided recordings are not too ‘woo woo’, have a science and evidence-based foundation to help you breathe easier, find focus, and gently reconnect with yourself, whether you’re managing pain, stress, or just need a moment to reset.

The first audio is an explanation about why these practices equate to nervous system regulation and so are evidence-based. Thereafter, there are some short practices to familiarise yourself with these ideas. I plan to add to these as I can.
